REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Rustic Daisy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes:

  • Printable planners
  • Journals
  • Workbooks
  • Templates
  • Guides
  • Digital downloads
  • E-books
  • Courses
  • PDF resources

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided except where required by applicable law.

 

HANDMADE JEWELLERY

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A repair
  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes in personal preference are not considered manufacturing defects.

Because personalised and memorial jewellery is custom-made, these items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.

 

HOME TRANSITION SERVICES

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

Where services have already commenced, Rustic Daisy reserves the right to charge for work already completed or expenses already incurred.

Refunds for services are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before production, shipment, or digital delivery has begun.

Once production or delivery has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged physical product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Unless required by law or where an error was made by Rustic Daisy, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

 

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
